Special Instructions:
Lotus Notes Users - Right click on the email link. Select "Copy Email Address" or "Copy Shortcut" (depending on your browser) in the context menu. Then go to Lotus Notes and right click in the To: field of an email. Select "Paste" from the context menu. The field should populate.
Microsoft Outlook Users - If you get a message instructing you to change all the commas to semicolons, you need to configure Outlook to recognize the comma as a valid e-mail address separator (you will only have to do this once). On the Outlook "Tools" menu, click "Options". Click "E-Mail Options", and then click "Advanced E-Mail Options". Under "When sending a message", click to select the "Allow comma as address separator" check box.
